Shipping Information
At Discount Sparklers, we know how expensive weddings can be. That’s why we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $59.99!
Due to federal regulations, all of our orders must be shipped via ground service. We use UPS Ground for all of our shipments to ensure safe and timely deliveries for all of our orders, but this limits our shipping range to the lower 48 states. This means that we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Where Can You Ship?
The continental United States only. Federal regulations prohibit any other type of shipping other than via ground, so we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Additionally, this means we cannot offer “rush” or “overnight” shipping. However, we attempt to ship every order either same or next day, or package usually arrive at your doorstep in the range of 1-4 business days after your order is complete.
How Do You Ship Your Items?
We ship all orders via UPS Ground. This ensures the fastest delivery possible to your doorstep while complying with all federal regulations, typically 1-4 business days.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We try to ship every order same day, but we ship the next business day if the order is placed after 5pm central time. The shipping time for UPS Ground ranges from 1-4 business days, so you can usually expect your order to arrive between 1 and 6 business days after your order is placed including processing and shipping time.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We proudly offer free shipping on every order over $59.99, and that offer is valid anywhere in the continental United States. If your order is less than $59.99 we charge a $10 shipping and handling fee to the total price of your order.
Can Orders Be Cancelled?
You can cancel your order up until the time it is shipped. Once your package is in the hands of UPS, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy stated below is applicable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns, and we will work hard to make you satisfied.
